KI 0116 How do I get the EndNote toolbar in the Word program (on Mac)?

The EndNote toolbar in Word can be reinstalled using the following procedure: 
- Quit the Word program (and other Office products) 
- Go to EndNote 
- Select the Customizer from the EndNote menu 
- Check that you want Cite While You Write installed 
- Click the Next buttons to accept the next selections 
- Restart Word to make sure the EndNote toolbar is in place 
The toolbar should be installed automatically, but will not come if the Word program was open when EndNote was installed. 
The toolbar can also be removed / disabled if you update Word after EndNote is installed.
