Use of text that exceeds 15% of the release
When it comes to using only one chapter of a book, and this chapter slightly exceeds 15% of the total number of pages, then it is possible to apply for permission to use the entire chapter in the Literature Kiosk. UiB pays what rightsholders may require, but the rightsholders can also reject the application. Rights clearance can take up to 14 days, and in some cases even longer.
