KI 0928 How to install Outlook on a private PC

All students and employees at UiB should be able to install Outlook on their private computers.

The easiest way to install Outlook, and other apps included with Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), is via start.uib.no.

First, sign in:
- If you are a student, sign in with username@uib.no
- If you are an employee, sign in with firstname.lastname@uib.no
When you are signed in, click Install apps > Microsoft 365 apps in the top right:
This installs all Microsoft 365 software you have access to, including Outlook.

You can also use Outlook directly in your browser at start.uib.no/mail.
