KI 1665 IT system maintenance times

The IT division performs system maintenance on a regular schedule.

Major changes are performed on the third Saturday of each month.

Minor changes are performed after office hours on every second Thursday, in odd numbered weeks.

All changes affecting user services will be anounced in service announcements.
