KI 2858 Discontinuation of the website ITHelp (it.uib.no)

The IT divisions's old information site at it.uib.no will be discontinued from 30. April 2025.
This used to be UiB's website for user guides and information about IT services, but most of the content is now outdated.
New content has been published on UiBhjelp (hjelp.uib.no) in recent years.
