KI 3053 IT Service Outage on Saturday, November 15, 08:00–18:00
Please note the following:
# SAFE
Due to the maintenance work, SAFE must be considered unavailable from 08:00 to 18:00 on Saturday. We kindly ask that no jobs are started that are intended to run throughout the weekend.
# Network Outage at KMD
To enhance security and improve network performance, we will implement micro-segmentation in the KMD building. This will provide better control and isolation of network traffic, contributing to a more secure and efficient network environment. There will be outages in both wired and wireless networks between 08:00 and 16:00.
# mitt.uib.no / Canvas
Mitt.uib.no will be unavailable between 09:30 and 10:00.
# General Information for Maintenance Weekends
If you plan to use IT services during this period, we recommend saving your work regularly. If you experience issues such as your PC freezing or a service being unavailable, it may be best to take a short break and try again later.
