KI 3099 Eduroam login issue

Due to a certificate update, some Windows users may experience issues logging in to eduroam on campus. Try the measures described below if you encounter problems. Please note that you must complete all three steps.

1. Connect to Eduroam

⒈Click the network icon in the bottom-right corner.
⒉Select Eduroam from the list.
⒊Enter uib\username and password if prompted.

2. Sync Your PC

⒈Open the Start menu.
⒉Click Settings.
⒊Go to Accounts.
⒋Select Access work or school.
⒌Click your work account.
⒍Click Info.
⒎Press Sync and wait for it to finish.

3. Update Settings (gpupdate)

⒈Open the Start menu.
⒉Type cmd.
⒊Click on Command Prompt.
⒋Type: gpupdate /force and press Enter.
