KI 3182 "Unknown" WebSak features in Word and Outlook

For some users, this message hangs for a long time, and they have to click proceed to send the email.

We apologize that these functions have been introduced without prior notice! It is a not entirely predicted side effect of ongoing preparations for the introduction of the archive system WebSak: We had temporarily added many users to a group that has access to WebSak and thus they also received these additional functions.

The additional function in Outlook has now been removed again for most users.

The add-ins in Word, Excel and PowerPoint may remain for a while, but will disappear by 20.3. for those who will not be using WebSak.

Those who will be using WebSak will of course have access to these functions. We will come back with more information about this to the users.
