KI 0128 All the e-mails in my Outlook inbox have disappeared. What should I do?

You have probably deleted the e-mails from your inbox by mistake. However, they can be retrieved.
First, select and check the folder Deleted Items. If you do not find them there, do the following:
  • Remain in the folder Deleted Items
  • Select Recover Deleted Items from Server in the top menu bar.

A new window appears. This folder-view contains all e-mails from the last 60 days.
  • Select the e-mails you want to retrieve
  • Tick the box Restore Selected items
  • Select Ok
