KI 0149 Why can't I access the database I want?

Access to e-resources that the University Library subscribes to is IP-based. Problems accessing a database may indicate that you are not recognized as a UiB-user. Check if you are connected to  VPN. Check if your user account at UiB is active.

However, there can always be something wrong with the resource you are trying to reach, that prevents you from accessing it even if you are logged in to VPN. In such cases, you can report a link error via the feedback form in Oria.
