What if I lose my cell phone?
To reactivate multi-factor authentication with a new phone you will have to configure it again as you did the first time, or change authentication method.- You can select an alternative authentcation method here.

What if I forget my cell phone at home?
You will rarely be asked for multi-factor authentication when logging on to a managed UiB PC or a device where you have selected to stay authenticated. If you have forgotten your phone, you can therefore still use the services on your regular PC in most cases.If you have set up alternative authentication methods, you can select "I can not use my authenticator app right now" when logging in, and then choose to use an alternative method of authentication:
