KI 0948 Eduroam troubleshooting, iPhone

If you followed the instructions in KI 0947 Eduroam on Iphone, but are not able to connect to eduroam, please try following the steps below.

Open settings, press 'General', and scroll down until you find 'Profile'.
Find the profile named 'eduroam', and delete it.
Try connecting to eduroam again, as explained in this guide.
