KI 1718 How do I set up an auto-reply for a common mailbox in Outlook? If you are part of a common email address (mail reception for a department or similar) in Outlook, and you want to set an auto reply for that mailbox, follow this procedure: Open your mailbox in a web browser at https://outlook.office.com/owa/Click your name in the top right corner and select Open another mailboxType the name of the address (common mailbox) you are setting the auto-reply for. e.g. post.eia@uib.noClick the cogwheel to the left of your name. A menu will appear on the right. Select 'Show all Outlook settings' in the very bottom:Here you can turn on and off automatic replies for this mailbox.
