KI 2253 New feature in the e-mail system

Due to the increasing extent of malware, we have turned on an extra function in our email system that gives you a warning in all emails you receive from external sources (everyone outside of UiB);

“CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the University of Bergen. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe.”

We have made one exception, for emails that come from UiBHelp (topdesk.net) where this warning has been removed. We will remove this exception when we get UiBHelp to send via a UiB email address
