KI 3107 Feide login problem
What does this mean for you?
- Most IT services are operating as normal.
- Some UiB services may temporarily fail during Feide login.
In such cases, you may receive the following error message:
“Service not activated. In order to use this service, a Feide administrator for your organization must activate it.”
- We are continuously working to approve and activate affected services.
- Critical services are being prioritised.
- Please try logging in again at a later time.
- If you need quick access to a specific service, submit a support request via
https://hjelp.uib.no or contact BRITA by phone at +47 55 58 47 00.
Please include, if possible:
- The name of the service and a link to it
- The error message (attach a screenshot if possible)
- Urgency and impact
