KI 3766 Limited Access to Some Services

Due to an ongoing investigation into an unresolved PHP-related vulnerability, we have temporarily restricted access to affected services.

As a security measure, some services are temporarily unavailable, while access to others is currently limited to users in Norway. We are working to assess and remediate the vulnerability and will reopen the services as soon as we consider it safe to do so.
