Here is an overview where and when you as a student can get IT assistance.

08.00-15.45 Monday to Friday
Entrance from Nygårdsgaten or Fosswinckels gate (by the SW building)

Remember that you can also get user support from UiBhjelp during working hours (08.00 - 15.45) via chat (https://www.uib.no/it/78177/brita-hjelper-deg) or telephone 55 58 47 00.
From 15.5 - 15.9 is summer hours and the working hours are then from 08:00-15:00.
