KI 1093 TeamViewer QuickSupport for Mac

In order for support to help you with TeamViewer QuickSupport Remote Assistance, you need to allow your Mac to record your screen and have access to a mouse and keyboard.
The IT division may not access your computer without your explicit consent giving ID numbers and randomly generated passwords - every time.
1. At the first opening of TeamViewer, you may be asked to read the end user license and approve it.
Check approved and read, then click Continue.

2. Screen capture and accessibility must be green and set as allowed. Click Request Access ...

3. Click Open System Preferences to view System Preferences and Security & Privacy.

4. Before you can make any changes, you must unlock the options. Click the padlock at the bottom right to make changes.

5. Enter your computer password. Click Unlock.
NOTE: If you are using an older Mac with an install account, erase the username, replace it with install and the install account password.

6. Check TeamViewer QuickSupport in the list.

7. TeamViewer prompts you to close and restart. Click Finish and open again.

8. TeamViewer reopens. It displays the same ID number, but now a new password that you must give to BRITA by phone.
