KI 1159 How to call external phone numbers from Teams

We will be making and receiving phone calls with Teams (which replaces Skype for Business). When the telephone function has been turned on, a dial pad will appear in the Calls section in your Teams program:

Select Calls in the bar on the left:

You may have to click Dial a number at the bottom to make the dial pad appear.

Dial the number and then click Call to make the call:

You may also select one of your Contacts from the list.
