We have had issues with Zoom licenses being reset from max. 500 to 300 participants. For some courses the consequences have been that students have been denied access to the Zoom lecture. The issue is solved.
Please check the status of your license by logging in to http://uib.zoom.us. Choose Sign in and log in via Feide. Go to your Profile settings:
Scroll down to Account to find your license displayed like in the screenshot below. NB: teachers in courses with more than 500 students have made an agreement with the IT department for a larger license. The number displayed will then be 1000.
