KI 1408 IT Service disruptions Saturday, 15 January

This Saturday (15 January) short interruptions to all IT services may occur 9 am-5 pm (09:00-17:00).

It should be fine to use the services as long as you save work often and can tolerate shorter interruptions. If your PC hangs or a service is unavailable, please take a short break, then try again.

The SAFE service will have outages from midnight before Saturday (00:00) to 5 pm (17:00). So please do not schedule jobs to run in SAFE from Friday evening and onwards.

Mitt UiB will be unavailable or unstable 8 am-2 pm (08:00-14:00).

We are changing the security certificate for Eduroam wireless network during Saturday. On some computers/devices, the new certificate must be approved. From experience, this especially applies to Macs. If you are in doubt whether you are asked to approve the right certificate, the correct serial number for the new certificate should be:
