If you cannot use ID-porten, select the option Cannot use ID-porten. You will then be prompted for your username or e-mail address. When this is submitted, you will receive an e-mail message to your private e-mail address. The message will contain a link you can use to make a new password.

Note: There is no password expiry time. You should change your password if you suspect it may be abused, or eg. if you have used the same password for another service.
