KI 1572 Send large amounts of data with FileSender

If you need to share large files with people at or outside the university, the FileSender service can probably help you.
You can make files available to those you decide. You can also let others upload a file to you via "guest voucher".

UiB subscribes to the service via Feide, so everyone at UiB who has a Feide account (students and employees) can use the service as long as their account is active.Note that FileSender should not be used for distribution to mailing lists.
