KI 2229 LAB-IT vendorsupport via Splashtop

This is a guide on how to invite external technician for support via Splashtop

1. log in to https://my.splashtop.eu
2. Go to Management, Users.

3. Invite Users

4. add:
- Email
- Group
- Authentication method should NOT be checked.

5. Send

6. Supplier should now get an invite to the Lab group. 2 factor authentication is required and the supplier need to set it up.

7. If needed you as an administrator can disable the user and reactivate when needed. This is done via the user menu.
