KI 0400 LAB-IT Supplier access via Terminalserver and TeamViewer QuickSupport

Note: You must be actively logged on the terminalserver in order for TeamViewer to work.

1. logon the terminalserver for your researchgroup
2. Start TeamViewer Quick Support icon on the desktop


3. Give the ID and password to the vendor so that they can connect to the Terminalserver:


4. Once the supplier have access you can use "SelectRDPconnection" to connect to the Instrument that you need.
