Lab-IT is a solution that provide network, storage/backup and remote access for equipment used in research at UiB.

Lab-IT offers two different solutions, depending on which type of equipment/software and the needs of the research-group:

- Solution for self-managed LAb-PC/equipment(equipment that is not managed by the IT-department)
- LAB-IT - UiB-managed Windows 10/11 Lab-PC

Both solutions have the opportunity to store data at IT-department centralized storage:

My Research group already utilize Lab-IT infrastructure, wish to use the lab-it service or need guidance in procuring new instruments/solutions:
- Create a issue about a new or existing Lab-IT infrastructure
