KI 2533 Notifying Akademika about books on reading lists

Part of user guide for the reading list system Leganto
All citations that are books or parts of books are automatically reported to Akademika (provided that the list is linked to a course KI 2548). A report with all the new citations is sent weekly from the submission due date (01.11/01/06) until a few weeks into the semester. Note that if you remove a citation, this is not reflected in the reports. That means that if you remove a book from a list after submission, Akademika wants you to contact the directly.

The report includes information about faculty/department and course, list/section description, the book's metadata, including edition, and chapter/pages (if only a part of the book is listed), tags, information for students, citation creation date, list owner(s), and number of students*.
Akademika will contact the list owners if they have questions regarding the citations.

*Note that the number of students is taken from the last time the course was taught. If you expect the number to increase or decrease significantly, please inform Akademika directly.
