KI 2568 Planned Interruption of Network and IT Services, Saturday, September 21

We would like to inform you that on the upcoming Saturday, September 21, there will be interruptions in IT services and network connections on the university campus between 08:00 and 16:00. This is due to planned maintenance and updates on several of our systems.

Please note that skrivebord.uib.no and portal.uib.no will be affected by downtime.

Be especially aware that during the period from 08:00 to 16:00, the network connection will be down at the following locations:

The network in Jus 1
Rosenbergsgaten

If you plan to use the services during this period, we recommend that you save your work frequently. If you experience issues, such as your PC freezing or a service being unavailable, we suggest taking a break and trying again later.
