KI 2774 Requestable computer privileges

UiBtilgang allows users to request extended rights on UiB-managed computers running Windows or Linux. This includes the ability to elevate to administrator/sudo and obtain remote access via RDP/SSH.

Requests need to be justified and approved by your manager. Students supply a supervisor or similar who must approve first, before the supervisor's manager must approve the request.
