KI 3137 Remove Copilot from Outlook

Turn off Copilot functionality in Outlook. This is a user-controlled setting.

To turn off Copilot functionality in the Office suite, see KI 3096.
  1. Log in or go to https://outlook.office.com to access your UiB mailbox.
  2. Go to the settings by selecting the gear icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select Copilot in the menu on the left.
  4. In the settings, turn off Enable Copilot.
