KI 0428 Teamviewer remote assistance

The IT service desk may help you better by connecting to your computer with a remote assistance tool.
For this purpose we mainly use TeamViewer.




To help us connect to your computer you may download the TeamViewer program here:

We can only connect to your computer when you invite us. (You have to supply us with an ID and password from TeamViewer on your computer.)
Remote assistance sessions cannot start or resume without your consent.
