We can provide you with sudo access to your computer.

We would first like you to confirm that you have received the following information:

1. On the computer where the user has sudo rights there may be cases where we provide limited support. To get the computer back to the orginal state, a reinstall will be the preferred solution. The user is responsible for creating a backup of their data before a reinstallation.

2. If we detect unwanted traffic from your computer we will immediately or at very short notice disconnected your computer from the network. This means among other things that it is not allowed to run web services or similar on the computer. In such cases the computer must be reinstalled before it can be connected to the network again. The user is responsible for creating a backup of his/her data before a reinstallation. This is standard operating procedure.
