KI 1168 Teams settings

When we start using Teams as a telephone, we will have new opportunities to work in a coordinated manner with colleagues and contacts both at UiB and outside.

These can be colleagues in the sector and other external parties in, for example, Bergen Municipality, Western Norway Regional Health Authority (Helse Vest)  / Helse Bergen, Ministries, UNIT and others in this or other countries.

To get an overview of Teams in general and which settings apply, select the three dots at the top right of the Teams window:



When you select Settings, you will see options as shown below where you can set up your Teams with the settings you want.



To familiarize yourself with Teams' settings, we recommend that you review these so that you know what options are available. In the user guides here, we only look at the most relevant options.
