How to get the SPSS Amos software.

How to get SPSS Amos on UiB PC or Mac

On UiB Windows and Linux PCs, you can install SPSS Amos from Software Center for Windows PCs and Ubuntu Software Center for Linux PCs. See KI 0161 How do I install software from the Windows Software Center? or

On UiB Macs, you can install SPSS Amos from the Managed Software Center.

SPSS Amos for students' PCs/Macs

SPSS Amos is available to students through the Tredjepartsportalen (apps.uib.no). Please see KI 0322 Get started with the Tredjepartsportalen (apps.uib.no) for more information.

For employees' private PCs/Macs

Installation program can be downloaded from the file store of the Programvare på UiB team.

After installation, you must start the Amos XX License Authorization Wizard (as an administrator).
Select Concurrent user license.
Enter License Manager name or Server IP Address: lic-amos25.uib.no.

You must be on a UiB network (or connected with a VPN) to use the program.
