KI 1479 How managers (staff approvers) approve requests for extended access

In UiBtilgang employees and long-term guests can apply for access to various systems. In addition, employees can apply for the right to host guests.
As a manager (staff approver in SAP) you must approve or reject these applications.
Here is how you view and process the requests:
  1. Go to UiBtilgang (https://tilgang.uib.no) and select Tasks:

      
  2. Select Approvals to see pending requests:

       
  3. Select the request you want to approve by checking the correct row.
    Click Approve in the bottom and to the right.
