KI 2571 Login and access privileges - reading lists

The reading list system is available to all UiB students and employees.

Go to Leganto
Log in via Feide with your UiB credentials

Here is an overview of different tasks and which privileges are needed:

Create list: Contact the Leganto team to have a new reading list created

See and edit list: To see and/or edit an unpublished list, you need to be added as a collaborator (KI 2180). List owners can in addition add new collaborators.

Link list to course: To link a list to a course, you have to be registered on the course page in FS (KI 2562)

Access to the automatic copy of the list (rollover): Every time a course is planned to run, a copy is generated of the last list this course had (KI 2567). This copy appears under Lists in Leganto at the beginning of April/October, and you only need to review/edit it before submitting it for the new semester. The copied list is only visible for persons registered on the course page in FS in time (KI 2562), and these will receive an email notification when the list is ready.

Everyone can access published lists on the course page on uib.no. A link can also be generated in Leganto and shared with others (KI 2557).
