SAFE is the University of Bergen’s secure processing environment. It’s a solution for storing and processing sensitive personal data for use in research, offered to employees, students and external partners of UiB. The solution consists of virtualized servers hosted on premises. It that ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability are preserved when processing sensitive personal data.
