KI 1740 UiBtilgang: How can I manage members in a group?

This article shows how you can add or remove memebers from groups in LDAP/AD. 
You have to be registered as an administrator of the group, if you are to change memberships. If do not already have this entitlement, send a request using hjelp.uib.no. Include information about which groups you need to manage.

Log into tilgang.uib.no.
Select Groups in the menu on the top left:



You should see a list of the groups you manage. Find the desired group, and hover the mouse pointer over (in grud view) or click the three dots infront of the name (list view) it to see Details.

Inside Details you can select the Static tab. It will look as shown below. Here, under Static Includes, you can click Add Static Include and then enter the names of those you want to add to the group in the white fields.

To remove someone from the group, de-select the check mark next to their name.

When you're done, select Save and Sync in the bottom right corner, and members will be added within an hour.
