KI 3394 Where did the "Get help" in UiBhjelp go?!

As of 20 June 2026 there is no longer a Get help-button on the front page of the UiBhjelp self-service portal.
The short answer:

and there click Get help:

The long answer (to why it has been moved):
A lot of the inquiries in the UiBhjelp self-service portal come from the Get help form. It is not optimal.
One of the strengths of the self-service portal is that when you find a specific service (topic) you need help with,
  • you get information (knowledge items) that can answer the question without you having to send an enquiry
  • you get a form that is adapted to this particular topic/service, so the form requests any information needed for exactly such enquiries, and
  • the enquiry goes straight to the operator group who can answer or help you, without detours.
Therefore, it is best to search or browse for what you are wondering about, and if you need to send an enquiry, use a form that is specific to this topic/service.

With the new AI search in the self-service portal, it will hopefully be even easier to find the right topic/service. If you can't find it, we would like to know about it. Use the comments field on the knowledge cards to send us feedback, or report enquiries about the UiBhjelp system here.
