KI 1958 How to request phone number?

In this article, you can read about how to request a phone number. If you want to inherit a phone number, you will need to create a call. These steps applies for those who want to request a number for themselves, and for the managers who want to request for their employees. If you are a manager who request on behalf of your employees, you need to use the "proxy as"-function described here: KI 1482.

1) Go to tilgang.uib.no
2) Log in with your UiB-user.
(If you are a manager who request on behalf of your employees, this is where you would want to turn on the "proxy as".)
3) On the left side menu, you can find the "Catalog".

4) Check the "Kontortelefon", and click "Request".

5) Write your comment, and push the red button called "Request".
